how do i post a thumbnail?
You could just make a smaller version of the wall (like 200px^2) and have that being the image you show, then use that for the text in a link to the full size wallpaper.

About the Thumbnail, it is very much expected when relaeasing a wall so keep that in mind, all you have to do is resize it on whatever program you are using and try to keep the size under 60k then you can just very easily attach it when you post...
