How Do I Trigger Sound "adjust Audio Properties"

Is it possible to open the following Sound Properties Window and a specific Tab (WindowsXP)

with one click on an Objectdock icon I want to get to:

Sounds and Audio Devices Properties --> Audio Tab--> Sound Recording Volume -->Recording Control Window

I'm looking for a link that will get me to the last step

Why? Because I record radio programs from a radio feed into the soundcard and sometimes I record from webcast, I have to be able to reconfigure this setting depending on the audio source.

PS : I know I can do it from the items on the taskbar but it would be faster for a dock icon.

Nice website link, but it doesn't work for me. It doesn't work from the dock.

Ok, it does not work from the dock. If you make a shortcut then give it the command in the list for Volume settings then configure the dock icon to call the shortcut which will then execute the command you do trigger the volume window, but I already know how to do that simply with a shortcut from the Control panel. I want to open the Dialog window further down the options: Recording Control Window, which it doesn't do.
