no, they are not. maybe for trillian 1, but not for 2. can somebody help here with the right replacement instuctions?

Brainbug, if you're using ResHacker,

1. Close Trillian and manually back up the .exe just in case.

2. Open the original trillain.exe in ResHacker and get the explorer tree view.

3. Expand the 'icon group' branch.

4. Doubleclick one of the numbered folders in 'icon group' and you'll see a green and yellow icon and another number. Click that green and yellow icon/number to see which regular Trillian icon it corresponds to.

5. When you decide to change an icon, click 'action' from the top menu and then 'replace icon'.

6. Repeat as you like.

7. Save and restart Trillian.

Note: This is the way I do it in ResHacker 3.4 on my musheen. There might be a more efficient way I'm not aware of, since I don't do much ResHacking. I hope this helps, but the best way I know of to learn this stuff is trial and error.

just back up your skins and reinstall, man. it reconfigures painlessly, we're talking like maximum 5 minutes. then fire up your reshacker.

if you don't have the install package, then, er... you're out of luck, and you probably shouldn't have been playing with the .exe anyway
