I was downloading stuff from Iceman's site last night. It works. I had to click a few times, and wait a bit (*gasp* waiting) but I got some icons and the sound scheme from there.

My problem is converting the TIF images to icons...

The link is VERY slow, click the dl you want and just wait (a while) for the save dialogue to come up. I just downloaded the stobject.dll about 1 minute ago. It took about three minutes for the save dialoge to pop though. So patience, man, just be patient. If it still doesn't work, you have issues on your end.
