[idea] Modding Explorer To Look Like Finder

Why cant someone program an addon toolbar to mimic the rest of the finder buttons instead of having some usless backdrop image that only looks like buttons. I have no knolege on the capabilitys of the toolbars. Is it possible to change the iconsize in that toolbar?

I actually find the new finder in Panther to be really REALLY annoying, even to a Windows user, hehe.
