[release/request] Panther Logon Screen

I was bored so I searched around and found some Panther Screenshots. SO I made this Login Screen.

It only really look s good with one or two users on the computer, but that was th ebest I could do and still stick to the screenshots.

Unfortunatly I don't have means of hosting the files right now, so if anyone has any suggestions to help me out I would be very greatfull!
