How Do I Move The Turn Of Comp Button In A Login ?

Im creating a logon screen and i cant work out how to move the turn of computer button down about 20 pixels.

I have reshacker and im also using logonstudio from stardock but there isnt an option to move the buttons around only change what they look like.

Can someone help me out and point me in the right direction ??
