How can you release this if you dont have permision to release the msstyle? Its using the same concept and artwork.

Nice nice nice, but I prolly won't use it, I dunno why, I like to have my contact list all viewable, but with the large spacing in most skins based on iChat I can only fit a few... oh well, its just a personal thing, but I do like this skin
Looks nice Danimator but I think you should have waited for confirmation/permission by Swizcore before distributing this skin.

I don't think dan should be releasing anything publically before having permission to, not even betas.
Dan I request you to obtain permission from Swizcore before releasing any themes which may be based on his work either in full or part because he might object to them being released without his permission.
