How To Change This Ugly Se P800 Icon?

I've installed SonyEricsson P800 syncstation and it added f***g ugly icon on my desktop. It can't be changed, I've tried Microangelo, IconPackager, nothing worked for me. It's not a shortcut, when I run this programm and switch in task list from task to process it shows explorer.exe,... hmmm. I'm not a regedit freak, but I think there must be a way how to change this icon using regedit. Thanks for advice.
