um...well i've never heard of anything that comes near a klipfolio so the answers probably no. Unless someone can out with one and it wasn't in the news and never mentioned in the forums.

what exactly does a klip folio do? Does it take the news from the front page and stick it in a box on your desktop?

I can take it as funny but when you read the context of their message, and you don't get the sense of exageration, the emoticon looses all hilarity.
i have to say that after downloading the klip folio prog and looking at neowins klip, this would be an awesome idea if someone could make it.
What sucks though is that, you'd have to make a seperate page: .food
Its not that hard to create a page like that but everytime someone posts a new piece of news, another person (or the same person) would have to copy it into this .food (hmtl) file. I don't think it'd be that hard to do, as long as people are willing to update the .food file.
no! I vote against a klipfolio feed.
That would force everybody who wants to get the feed to download klipfolio. I know it's free software, but it's ANOTHER piece of software.
I don't get the reasoning behond this at all. Klipfolio is not an RSS feed reader, it uses a special Klipfolio format. Other news readers can't read this format. There is, however, a plugin for klipfolio which will allow it to download and read RSS feeds, so wouldn't it make more sense to provide a RSS feed so most feed readers can get to it, and you can install the plugin? That way those of us who use feed readers anyway (can't miss wired xml!) will be able to get it too, instead of downloading yet another piece of software.
There are much, much more people using RSS feed readers, and more RSS feed readers available. There are no plugins for other readers (that I know of) that allow them to read klipfolio files. Providing an RSS feed will let everyone get to it, klipfolio users and non-klipfolio users alike.

Another piece of Software!!? You've got to be kidding, in my book a piece of software takes up at 5 MB of memory, the download itself and the entire program take less then half a megabyte. Trust me its not like your memory is gonna full up or your cpu usage jump to 100%.
And anyway, if you don't want to use it then just check up on the main news page regularly like normal people do. This isn't going to makes someones life harder. Its only gonna help people. If you don't want it, ignore it and go to your regular routine. No harm done.
making it now, having a prob with it showing the private forum with topic titles about certain members like Flarex :S
I've used klipfolio, Never had any problems with it, but my point wasn't if the program is good or not. My point was, that more people use RSS feed readers, and since klipfolio can read RSS feeds (although not natively), but RSS feed readers can't read klipfolio files, wouldn't it make sense to construct an RSS feed so both worlds can enjoy the feeds?
Flarex - I didn't say I was against the idea, I said I was against the idea of having it solely for klipfolio.

Good idea but it seems too bulky. I have 1024x768 and the ss looks like it will take up too much real estate. Is there a way to have a horizontal bar on the bottom of the screen and have it scroll. I have an ultimate idea!!
news is the only thing that works right now, maybe when aquasoft dies i'll try and do the forum one again
