Ok, i know this have been asked before, but i couldnt find anything about it.
Sometimes, my icons just change back to the normal Windows XP icons. Whenever i restart my computer, they change back after some minuites, and also when i plasy Counter Strike. Its realy annoying, because i have to change them all them time 
Anyone know what to do? :/
I had something like that....if you have Windows Update enabled, it checks dll versions and sizes and when ver/size is improper, it downloads the newest one. It means that if you customize icons in your shell32.dll, WU will see that the file is bigger and download the newest (and default) version. When it says that download is completed and it's ready to install, right-clikk its icon in systray and choose to review downloaded patches. There haven't been many updates lately so it should show only one file. Un-check it and that should work.
Hmm. I have never used WU, as far as i know (you never know what windows is actually doing:P). But i updated 15 files, after uninstalling some software, including Icon Packeger I think the problem was that i have just upgraded from Win2k to WinXP without reinstalling Icon Packager, and as you know, some system files and folders change names. So now i am going to reinstall IP, and try again for a while

Are you using version 52.16 nVidia drivers?
Yes i am, and it didnt work to update my system by the way :/
I also think that automatic updates are disabled on my system
Some people are having problems with this nVidia driver reverting their icons back to the default ones. Perhaps you should install another version of the drivers.
