what extensions would we want for this type of icon? maybe diff colours? let me know
gives' me an idea. I could use it on my site for upcoming projects.

I wouldn't mind having one for C# prjects (extension: .cs) if anyones up for it (please Seph? :shy: )

I was thinking of modding them myself, but since you offered, you can do it. Oh, I think there's a font called Tempus from Win98 that looks similar to the one used for the icon.
sorry man, if you want to go ahead with them i have no problem, i saw it and i wanted to use it myself so i though, since ill do it anyway why not post it later on?

Does anyone know the font that is used for "PROJ", maybe try to do a Visual Studio Package, maybe ever a whole developers package that I've been wanting so bad.

yeah, ill need to know which are all the extensions in the package, ill do it no probs..
i tried the font Nate suggested in the extension next to "proj", Tempus.. as you can see is not the same... it could fool the untrained eye but were all modders here and thus pretty picky in this kind of things....

@ Wizard, about the logos, do you mean a logo for C++ a logo for VB and so on?
Yeah, but of course, the blue print white. Also, if there are certain ones that you don't feel like doing, you could just have a blank project icon. Those would include
.ctx
.ncb
.opt
Those you don't really need a unique icon.
yup, got it... on it... just one last Q, colors? what color? i thought about VB files one color, C++ files another color and so on... what do you think?

Im arranging to host the 7 meg zip trough wizard.
Theres ico and png versions of all icons and they both go up to 128pix, 6 different color variations for each of them.

Those look awesome. Finally something to replace the standard icons, and something that looks good and makes sense. If you havent already added it, can you do a .cpp icon. Thats what i am using most now, since i am in a c++ class now.
Check above for my long list of files, and there's another post a few more down that have all the files rooskee. From my calculations, Seph did all of those, plus a blank one.
