Aqua-Soft ForumsSo, I'm still working on the Glossy gtk2 and metacity themes. But I've also been playing
around with a few other mac-like styles. They are far from done, but I thought I'd put
out a few pictures to see what people think. The more finished of the two is a darker theme
with "plastic" style widgets. A lot of the widgets (scrollbars, for example) need to be tweaked
to fit better into the darker background:
The second theme is similar, but with brushed metal backgrounds and a flatter look. It is an
awful hack of another theme, and as such doesn't look very good yet. The textures arre okay,
but there are too many "seams" from just slapping pixmaps down under lots of different widgets.
So it'll be awhile before it's smoothed out and memory friendly:
