Thread title changed- please do not put web addresses in thread titles.

As a former user of Clutter, I can tell you that it can take up a lot of screen space, depending on how big you make the CD icons and your screen resolution. I liked it when I used it, but stopped using it for a few reasons:

1) The newest release was very buggy (but this was a few months ago)

2) I have close to 250 albums on my iBook, so it is illogical to put them all on the desktop

3) The albums I did put on the desktop would not be there long; I'd get bored w/ that album and switch it out, so a lot of shuffling occurred. It became easier to just spend the extra few seconds to select the actual playlist in iTunes.

Clutter is fun if you only have a few albums, or if you like GUI goodies. However, people with a lot of music will find old-fashioned playlist browsing much better.

Oh, man. I thought this was an expose clone or something. Eh, wishes. I also think this will be too messy. I aready download everything onto my desktop, then when it gets full, drag-and-drop it all into My Documents. This will only make everything worse.

Not to mention that it will hide the beautiful new wallpapers that I made using the G5 case look, combining it with a smooth brush and apple logo. You should take a look. :)
