Skinstudio And Objectbar....

Do i need to purchase skinstudio to create skins for objectbar ??

I no there is 3 versions of it and was wondering if i could use the freeware version to create my own skins on objectbar as i couldnt find any info on weither it does or not.

Anyone got any clues ??

umm dont you create object bar from within object bar. And technicaly you dont need to buy anything to make anything, everything can be done with notepad and an imaging editing app. Skin studio is for making WB skins.
