Font Smoothing

I remember someone asked about font smoothing (anti aliased) and someone mentioned some app, thing really worked great, and after I formated I cant remember what it was.

Well anyway, anyone know of apps under Windows that will smooth the fonts?

(Please do not tell me the one built into Windows, it... sucks.)
