Aqua-Soft ForumsKM Note provides a means of leaving yourself stciky notes right on your desktop. With support for skins and transparency and the ability to customize it in almost every way possible, KM Note is one of the most flexible, efficient note programs on the web.

Personal Note: I apologize for the long wait for some trivial fixes. Unfortunately, real life has been chaotic and work has had to come before a freeware app. I will, however, try harder to get things done more quickly.
