my biggest problem with aquacontrols that they arent skinnable by msstyles. i know they shouldnt be, so i dont like them.

why would one expect a set of controls designed to emulate the mac look/feel to be skinnable? they're one awesome piece of work

having 700 posts @ neowin isn't exactly an earth-shattering achievement, whereas the aquaControls are....

That is kind of rude to make a criticism of the aquacontrols which is pretty nice work if you ask me. Do you code? Do you know how much time and effort it took to create those? Somehow I don't think you do. If you think the aquacontrols are ugly, code something better to show what you can do.

Without AquaControls, our ancestors and the Aqua Emulation is not here. I think. Its the first and only Aqua COntrols ever! So don't judge. Its AquaControls because its Aqua and cannot be changed! Got it.

It is already compiled in .ocx GOT IT!

So you have really no chance replacing it. Sometime in Mid-2002 asks that how can he get the bitmaps on aquacontrols and jef said. It is already compiled and jef doesn't want to start from scratch.

hiperbOle, im sure this is a great app as i really liked its 1st release, but i get this extremely annoying error when i start it...

hopefully u know what this means, because although i know a fair few things, coding and debuging isnt 1 of them.

but take your time, although i would like 2 see this update, i can b patient.

After thoroughly reviewing the past threads (Jan 03) regarding Hyperb0le's great looking 'System Preferences' app (v2.0) released 5/3/03, made to clone the OS X System Preferences app, written in C#...

P.S. It also looks like Hyperb0le's other cool Mac emulation app...'Preview' requires that you have to have MS .NET Framework already installed...I guess the same would hold true for Mr. Aqua's newest released Mac emulation app, 'Falcon' too...
