Looks real nice! The windows xp flag is a little distracting. Do you have any clue what the start panel will look like?

I`ve been looking for this VS since itunes for windows was released.
Some suggestions:
1. You should try making the taskbar the same as the Title Bar (thin).
2. Try making brushed buttons ... etc.. like 
3. How about a 1 single pixel border??
What do you guys think?

Just leave the theme like that, maybe with a thin taskbar.

Windows buttons by Apple in a Windows VS.... :robbery: just plain makes sense. This will kill, man. Looking good!!!!

Don't change anything! 'cept the windows flag. It just looks GREEEAAAAAAAAAT the way it is. Any change of getting the style as is now?

Use brushed controls instead the aqua ones...
Make the taskbar just brushed and thin
Besides the style seen in the screenshots you can have two versions of controls, taskbar, etc...

DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING, IT IS ALREADY AMAZING!!! Except that windows flag, but the rest is soooo perfect... I love it! 
EDIT: Wait, there's one thing i would like to see! The scrollbar, could you use the one included in the iTunes XP theme that Fab Tone said? The aqua scrollbars are always buggy, which ruins completly the beauty of the msstyle. Or maybe if you could do it square, to match your buttons. It would be great!
