It's a small bug with Savanna and forums. Sometimes if you begin typing before a page loads fully you won't be able to type certain characters (usually; S, T and spaces for me). The easiest thing is to press Back and then Forward on the buttons, that sorts it.
Although Savanna still rules! ![]()
Annoying, huh? I also run into some of these:
-h or t switches to other open tabs
-h won't show unless I press 'stop' or put mouse cursor outside Savanna's window
-spacebar is very stubborn and won't work even if I reload the page. I have to close Savanna and open it again.
 .....but.....
Savanna is the best! :rule:
sometimes i cant type p and a ...
but i can live with that
Sometime p and are quie imporan...hey make sense of words you would like read by oher people!
I also find he lack of 'find in page' annoying!! Any ips??
Yes...back and forward fixed it!!! Look at this...tttttt, and...ppppp!
Oh well.
Savanna has alot of problems with these that go back to the initial release. Other letters that sometimes won't show up are: G,5,9,Y,W,Q,6,P,V,A,0,7,S,N,U,3,E,F,C,X,H,R,8,J, ,1,M,T,L,O,K,4,B,Z,2,D,K. It's a well known bug.
This would be my default browser if I could 'search page for text'....I need this function for work!! (What's that!).
Looks great though...and I'm getting used to it!

lets just call it abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890 >.

the "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890 >.<" virus?
I found that aswell... i got it today. "t" and " " didn't work (see if u can find my post with all the underscores... lol)... even so small annoyances! Savanna rocks! :rule:
do you think there would be any chance of someone making an OB skin for it, to make it more Safari-like.

Ctrl+F will help you find text on a page
Letter 'E' doesn't work for me at times... so I've got to cut and paste from other sources to make my posts look legible.
Anyway, Savanna could be a really really cool application. It's really a shame that no further development is underway. I really hope I'm wrong about this though.
SOMEONE TELL ME I'M WRONG!!! I'd be really happy about that. :shy:

Nope, Mr. Aqua has retired it.

I might be wrong but I think that he said (wrote) something like 'I'll have some bautiful surprise for you soon, probably Christmas'. I don't know if it's true, it might be just my head. Cracks in it ![]()

If we got a nice big update for Savanna.. Well.. I'd donate my body to Mr. Aqua!
Well.. No I wouldn't really.. Okay I'll donate Seph's body to him. ![]()
Thanks for donation!
Merry Christmas to all of you guys !!!
BTW:
- Ctrl-F invokes "Find on the page" dialog
- "abcd....virus"
is solved if you click outside text box and then click back into text box you are typing text

HI MRAQUA! :woot:
Anyway, I've got another 'method' to solve the 'virus'...
Whenever the letters don't work for me, I'd simply cut and paste from another source, and apparently, that sorts of makes the letters work again. >.
Happy new year to all! ![]()

FUNNY? Geez, I remember the times when spacebar didn't work and I had to paste it between every word. It was more like....... :chair:
But it was times that I would do everything for the looks
