Well this is my first reply to the DOTM. Hopefully I will redo this one for December since its right around the corner. Plus it will give me time to switch to Object Dock and customize it. Heres what I got so far Hope you guys like it.

I like jim phelps setup quite a lot, the modified miranda and the wa skins are great. I'd like to know how to make my start menu slim like that (hide the text on the right hand side icons)

ieub's trillian skin (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/ieub/DT15.JPG) is great, looks like a modified version of daminators, haven't seen it available to download anywhere yet. know where i can get my hands on it?
