I don't know, but microsoft has never done something like this, am I right? ok, their OS is maybe full of bugs, security holes and so on, but a computer not connected to the internet is *safe* of hackers. but dataloss this way, that's hard, very very hard... I heard of people having their critical data, music, movies and important documents on external drives, to have them away from the computer and maybe something that could harm them. ouch, panther did it...
