Transparent Titlebar

Hey, is it possible to make the titlebars on inactive windows transparent? I thought this would look kind of neat on themes like Iceman's Jaguar, but I'm not sure if it's possible to make just the titlebar slightly transparent without making the entire inactive window transparent with it.

If someone has an app that can do this it would be great.

Not in the current versions of Windows. It rummored that in Longhorn, since they are using a new way of rendering the desktop, that it will be capable somehow. But right now no, or in the future that we know of.
