i have no affiliation with this release, i just stumbled on it at neowin... that disclaimer is so no one kills me if or when something goes wrong. it seems that they can be done individually if you don't want a certain one installed or collectively. meant for more of your broadband users (look at that file size!!) but you can read more about it here:

you have complete customizability. you can choose which updates you want installed, etc. pretty useful for people who want all the updates at once, i suppose. i'd rather just download the individual files, but it's great that someone put together and autopatcher. simplifies the prcoess greatly.
