I think that nobody will give you brushed pngs because they just don't exist. If someone needs to have one, he creates it. Go to adobeexchange.com and search for aqua actions pack. It contains brushed actions too. And it's accurate so you'll be able to create them on your own. Isn't it more fascinating than messing with existing ones? Don't be lazy!
