Launching My Computer W/ .ini

Does anybody know how this can be done? What is the actual code to put into the .ini file for it to launch?

something like this i think:

explorer.exe /root,,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}}

PS: change /root with /My computer or something. Whatever you call My Computer. I call it root
