Aqua-Soft Forumswhy do the icons in some cases still show the default ones?
been having this problem for so long now...
does everyone else have the same probleM?
its the same for every version that i had even the current one...
quite frustration...

You should be abel tp bring up IP and tell the program what Icons you want where.Look for the tabs at the top of the app to address File Types,Drives,Foldes,ETC. Then click apply---That should werk.You can save your Theme as well.

watever it is.. theres the problem i have been having..
if you only use IP and no modified shell you will continously have that issue, ive experienced myself... some programs are written to get the icons directly from a specific part of the shell32.dll IP does not modify that... office for example is one of those, even the my computer and my documents and so on will sometimes not change...
I got sick and i replaced the shell32.dll voila...

well i have been trying to use Reshacker to do that...
but i cant succeed at all..
i opened shell32.dll from reshacker
replaced an icon....
saved it... then it still wont come up at all..
i dunno why...
if you sjut reshack the shell it is going to keep loading the clean or healthy version of the shell which windows holds as a backup in case someone (YOU!!!!!!!!!! 
) tries to change it... so waht you ahve to do is save it elsewhere.. (ie desktop) open replacer and replace the shell in system32 thatll do the trick... there are some threads mainly on how to do this... check it out.. do a search function...

I use the milk redux them from windowblinds...
as for the icons.. i used the mattahans UMICON theme...
Get a Gant shell32.dll it should work! Go search deviantart?
