Thanks Siwu. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work. The ball is invisible but I could see the title when I mouse over it. Now when I click on the invisble icon, the dock encounters a problem and exits. Hope you can fix this.

Humm. it's because it can't find the icons nor the ini file...

Do you have specified a work folder for your dock ? it might be this.

cause 8ball use RELATIVE paths

Hmm. It's in the usual folder. C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets\Magic8Ball

Where should I place it?
