If s/he does have a problem with it, they can be taken down you know. Last time I checked a 45 degree tilted cross was not copywritten to anyone, and as far as I can remember the Apple logo and "Think Different" are trademarks of apple. Just to clear things up, im not ranting or anything, as i said, i just honestyly dont want the author to come and start one of those awful threads about how he came up with the idea.. its not that im telling you to put it down or anything...
