Is There Anything Like Pixadex On Win?

I was just browsing pixadex`s site and i must say it looks really cool (the app). I have 3000+ icons and pngs and i`d really like an ap that manages them as good as pixadex. Is there anything like that i windows world?

thanks ingeener, i always do google before i post a request but i couldn`t find anything like pixadex for win that way.
