Well, I'm on dual monitors, and I was wondering if there was anyway to get the taskbar to stretch on both of them. So, say, I have the System Tray on the right monitor, and the Start button on the left one. Or, even duplicating them would be cool.
Anyway, just curious.

IME, that's a function of the video driver. Some treat each monitor separately. Those typically don't stretch the task bar. Some treat both monitors as one big display. Those do stretch the task bar. _But_ some video drivers also make it optional. For example, in the Windows tab of the nView Control panel, there's a check box for "Allow taskbar to span multiple monitors".
Actually Toby, with the new nVidia drivers, the Window tab only has a checkbox for "Allow windows to span multiple monitors", there's no longer an option for the taskbar.
I still haven't figured out a way to allow the taskbar to span across multiple monitors with nView drivers installed...there's got to be a way though.

Damn those people are quick. I just downloaded the drivers I have last week. Do you happen to know if that version's Windowshade mode still has that ugly add-on to the title bar?
@Rage: According to the docs for 52.16, the nVidia drivers still have the option, but it's changed to "Limit taskbar to a single display" (off by default).
