Looks Strange, Is My Pc Too Crap To Run It?
I had the same problem with my Dell notebook with a GeForce2 Go video chip. These chips are not compliant with something in DirectX that the new NVidia chips are and causes this to happen. As far as I know there is no fix. Reinstalling the drivers or DirectX had no effect. So you will have to do what I did till I sold it. Use ObjectDock or find a copy of Yzdock out there somewhere and use that instead. 
i set up mobydock 0.77 on my friend's laptop with the geforce2 go too.
It worked totally fine for a few days before stop working altogether. (error msg)
