Hein (themixer) also converted them to png, so all the rest of us can enjoy them, too.

You can do it easily with Axialis IconWorkshop (not free) or Icon Sushi (free).
Don't have links to them right now, but it's easy to find them searching in these forums or Google.
nice icons, BUT i am disappointed in Hein this time. He took a tutorial on how to make that my music speaker dealie, and it isn't very original...but o well...
