all folder icons, and system icons.. i searched but i dunno what program to do this with, tweak xp isnt good for it, is there a better one?

and of course, you can always hack shell32.dll (and other files) to change icons.

i suggest you start downloading these mentioned softwares and try and play and learn, then move on to hacking your system files and try (and read) and play and learn, then finally decide what's best for you. Modding XP is a neverending learning process. enjoy my friend, enjoy.
