Problem Replaceing Icons

When i change my incons in my control panel using IconPackager they change but if i restart my computer they change back why is this? And how can i fix it so they don't do this.

It would be best to use "reshacker" (do a search) and replace them in the dll's. This is the best way. You can also search for the dll's which contain the icons here and on google. They're there, trust me.

Make s(h)ure your also changing them in the dll_cache (c:/windows/system32/dll_cache)

It's a system folder so you need to unhide it (Tools -> Options)

Refer to Iceman's tutorials.

It's hard work but it gives you much better results.
