Aqua-Soft ForumsHey everyone,
I was using novel groupwise today and you recieve tickets (or just posts if on a forum) from people who need help with some things. I was wondering if a help section could be made that discussed problems with windows mac linux and programs associated, Other problems for example like any aqua apps or yz dock could only be posted in those sections but in the Help forum there could be three sub forums, Windows, Mac and Linux. Board members coud post there problems in those boards and people could reply to them there instead of in General Discussion or Aqua Discussion boards. For each su forum section there could be a new kind of offical board member title (by that i mean Mod or news poster, you get the picture) it could be called Support or Help. For each sub forum there would be a person (a Support) that would take most responsibility for answering questions, anybody could also reply too. Moderators and Admins please listen up to this, it is a good idea and should be looked at. Please anybody let me know if this is a good idea!
