[help] Problem With Stuffit

When I try to use Stuffit version 7 and 8 to open this and this it displays a bunch of 0Kb files that have no extensions. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or possibly convert these into .png format for me? I am aware that this site also has windows versions up for download, but they are pretty small and look bad when the icon size is bumped up to 72 pixels.
