How Do Change My Computer/control Panel Icons

How do you change my computer icons and control panel icons. Here is what i have.

Well i know what to do i jsut don't know my root folder i need to put them in. Im running Windows XP so can anyone please help?

OK,

The icons in My Computer and explorer in general are stored in shell32.dll.

The Control Panel icons are in the individual .cpl files

These files can be opened with a resource editor. Make sure you use a copy of the file and always backup the original file when replacing them with the modded versions.
