i needed to reread yours really. I see you're saying that it protects against a certain level of stupidity. but... like i said before, if it was worth securing it is worth copying, and these controls don't prevent that at all.

it will stop a few embarrasing moments i'm sure, but its not going to stop a company losing information they want to keep to themselves.
