Starting A New Project

In the wake of ThemeDock's collapse, I am trying to start a new site (details later). However, I need help getting it off the ground. Specifically, there are two things I need:

1. A Webhost

2. A Website Designer (mikegraphik, if you're still around....)

I know web space and bandwidth is precious, but if anyone out there would be willing to donate it, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks for your help everyone.

I'm not going to tell what the site will be about until it is a reality.

And no, I don't think my college gives me webspace.

i have 100mb college webspace and some comcast space too... not sure how much. it's not alot but still...

How much space/bandwidth do you need? I am paying for 15 gigs a month, and use about eight on a busy month.

Not much, I wouldn't think. i'll just go ahead and spill the beans, so that people can get a better idea of bandwidth needed.

I am planning on opening an icon/wallpaper site, along the lines of Pixelgirl Presents and The Iconfactory. I plan on gather in 5-6 talented artists and creating icons for both PC and Mac, as well as iContainers and wallpaper. This site will have nothing to do with Aqua Emulation; however, it will aim to provide GUI enhancements for both platforms.

I can give you hosting (as much space as you need along with use of 10GB of bandwidth), I can set it up as soon as you like. Contact me on AIM or MSNM.

I would also say I could do your design but I've got too much on at the moment to take on another project..

I may be able to do the design, but you might want to find someone else, I've been kind of busy lately. If you really get in a pickle, I'll most likely be able to do it, and if you're worried about quality, i've improved a lot (well at least I think so... lol)
