[help] - Very Annoying Wb Bug

Every time I use Window Blinds 4.0/4.1 on XP Home after a few weeks the skinned right click menu, and other menus in IE, get unskinned and go to original Windows, this happens with both iSkin and OSXP NG skins, is it because the trial runs out? What's happening?! I reinstall, reinstall everything to no avail. Any ideas? I have included a screen shot too. Screen Shot Here.
