sense the man who released it is banded i dunno if i can upload it...

Here is the lastest news from floyd25:
"It's here !!
This is a major bugfix. I recoded most of the new features
that were introduced during beta 0.6! Since we had to find out
that we lost stability on Win98 (SE) and there were some major
issues with the new code it _had_ to be rebuilt. Expect more
bugfixes to comeout in the near future.
There's no installer for v0.7 right now. Simply download
the zip and copy content into your existing ShellWM - Directory.
If it's the first time you're checking out our nice Prog, visit
the project page, simply download the 0.6-installer and copy beta 0.7 over it.
Have fun and plz write plenty of bugreports and feature requests.
To all the proggers that are using our DLL, the CVS will be updated
(hopefully) soon and there'll also be a SRC-zip...."

I would dearly like to start using again, but unfortunately 0.6 beta played some nasty tricks on my system, even when I had put a whole of my apps in its 'exculsion list'...I know that ja450n has some nice Aqua & Brushed skins @SkinBase, and stated that he would make a 'quality Panther skin' when the developers get everything all worked out for skin developing...
I guess only time will time... 
yeah, ja450n says on his site to contact him to request the skin, and i did, like a month ago <_
