[req] The Ie File Icon, Not The Big Aqua E

i am getting sick of seeing the xp ie icons, they are too big compare to the mac icons, does anyone have an official mac ie file icon, not the big aqua E, but the file ones, thanks!

but when i tried to save the png as ico in photoshop the result came out that the icons are a little disorted, are there any good programs out there that do perfect conversion? thanks
