OK, d/l'ed this...
Yeap that is indeed Cuzzo's work. File sizes, match.1:1 pixel,
match. # of files used, match. Directory structure w/ file placement, match. obskin info, match. "iTuned" wording prevelent through the theme.
I'll defend Cuzzo on this one, its a copy. Only thing thats changed is the Creator info in the theme. And that's all I will say.
Well, we can't really say anything, since he never said anything about HIM making this theme. While it is certainlly wrong to make a monidicaion to a theme without permission. And the most outstanding part is that, the only modification in the theme is the Credits

Awwww, dont' say that... we shouldn't hate someone after him/her chooses to change. He is changing at a state where it is tolarable. In Macbeth, the last act where Macduff fights with Macbeth. Macbeth didn't want to fight Macduff cuz he feels a little sorrow for killing many of his people. But it's too late. Wouldn't it be peaceful if he changed after he got rid of banquo?
