Buddies,about A Site To Get Templates

hi all, who can tell where should i go to get icon templates(better to be PSD ones)

and some manual on how to make icons use PS from scratch.THANX

You really have got to put more effort into searching around.

There are some .psd templates on the foood.net site. Can't remember what they're of though. I think it was folders at least.

I have this OSX style file type template that works great.
