Perhaps make a way to ban one or more users from a specific thread if they are unruly, rather than punishing the masses by locking the whole thread?

Some threads do not deserve to be closed, its just one user ruining it for the rest of us. Please take this into consideration 
Its never one user thats the problem, its always many that are fighting.
By the time a thread is closed, its gotten to the point that not a single bit of good could come of it.
Unless Duckie is around, then threads start disappearing randomly.
