[help] Getting Vb Runtime To Work

sorry if this is in the wrong place, i wasnt sure where to post it

i cant seem to get VB runtime to work, anyone know why ?

i have windows XP SP1a installed and i have installed vbrun60sp5.exe on my system and i still cant run some programs that require VB runtime.

can anyone help me ?
