[solution]ogg Voris Working In Itunes

Okay, I looked around and the answer was staring me in the face. There is definitely a way to get it working. Follow these steps to get it working for yourself:

1. Download the Win32 Ogg Vorbis Quicktime Component plugin. Download page here.

2. Unzip into your Windows\system32\quicktime directory.

3. You are done, restart iTunes if needed, and add your ogg vorbis files.

The not so nice part of it:

- It's not fast (it takes awhile to add and start playing OGGs as they come up).

- It's not a plugin done by Apple which explains the reason above

- OggComments might or might not work

Not that I should be adding to this tread but, I don't think I've ever seen someone resurrect a two year old thread
