8.1 has a nice default skin. Otherwise, I think there are a couple iTunes skins out there, but they were too slow for me. Hell, MMJB is too slow for me. My Dad likes it, though cause it's simple.

Search for the iTunes skins on Google. They shouldn't be hard to find.
