everytime i start notepad, it starts off the screen and the only way for me to see notepad is to maximize it full size!
i hate it, and just to tease me some more, i can see the shadow of the window drawn by yZshadow but i cant reach the window!!!!

yeah i installed something and then Notepad went off screen but i just can't remember what...
Also, i've been using yzshadow since it came out and notepad never did that before so that's why i didn't exclude it...
Im not implying that Yzshadow has some kind of conflict with notepad, i have it since it came out too and has never given me trouble either, but, maybe excluding it would do something, in these weird cases anything is a suspect ehhehe
About not remebering what you installed, what i would do is just system restore... hmmm you can always go back...

try this:
open notepad, then on the taskbar, right-click notepad and select "move" then use the arrow keys until you get your desired position then close notepad, open it again .... see if it retains the new position

that happened to me.. i was using litestep with yzshadow....
